NOT AT HOME WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED?
Your order may be delivered to a local postal office or service point. Please check your track & trace code.
*Due to the corona virus, the package can be delivered to the neighbours if you’re not at home, or, if possible, at a DHL pick-up point. If this fails, the package will be returned to the sender. Please note: not all collection points are open due to the lockdown.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can have your order delivered at home, at a DHL collection point, or in one of our physical stores. Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address if the order has already been placed.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED / WRONG DELIVERY / INCOMPLETE DELIVERY
It’s possible that several items will be delivered separately. We will inform you clearly about this, and you can follow the parcel to be delivered and its delivery status using your track & trace code. If your delivered order does not match the placed order, you can contact our customer service via webshop@n-brands.com.
ORDER UNEXPECTEDLY UNAVAILABLE
We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may occur that an item is no longer in stock when processing the order. In the unlikely event that an item is not available, the item’s purchase price, including delivery charges, will be reimbursed within 14 days.
