RETURN PICK-UP
You can drop off your return shipment at a DHL point, but you can also have your package picked up at home for free. Click here for the pick-up.

RETURN CHARGES
Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany the return shipping charges are free; a free return label is send with the order. In a number of other countries, sending your parcel back to us will be at your own costs. If you would like to return an order while you are abroad, you can check your current location's return delivery fee here.

RETURN OPTIONS
You have 14 days to return the product without staging a reason, starting on the day of receipt of the item. The item can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging with original hangtag.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Returns will only be accepted within the return period of 14 days.
• The item(s) have not been worn and/or washed.
• There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors and/or cigarette smells on the items.
• No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
• Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned from a hygienic point of view.
• N BEAUTY and N HOME products may be returned within the 14 day return period if the ordered products are in unused condition and are in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging.
• The original hangtag is still attached to the item.
• If possible, the item is returned in its original packaging.
• The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer. We recommend returning an item using the online return register.
• Insufficient or non-stamped returns will not be accepted by us.
• Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with a description within 14 days after delivery.
• If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment and to charge you the shipping costs.
• Please note the shipping charges (the cost you pay when the product is shipped to you from us) will only be refunded if your return your full order.

RETURN PROCEDURE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

1. Using the enclosed return form, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and select a reason for return.
2. Put the returns in the original packaging, add the completely filled return form to the box and make sure you put the return label over the original shipping label.
3. Return your shipment (at a DHL point, or have it picked up at home) and keep the proof of shipping.
4. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return has been processed. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account within 14 days. The €0,50 per returned item will be deducted from your credit.

ORDER NOT AVAILABLE
We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can occur that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is not available anymore, we will notify you within 5 working days with a Final Manco notification, and we will refund the amount paid within 14 days or adjust the invoice.

COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints about our service or a product, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service department by sending an email webshop@nbrands.com including your order number and a picture of the complaint. Our customer care department will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation email. We will respond within 14 days. If we need more time, we'll inform you upfront.
